Each half hour session is scheduled at the most convenient time for you, the customer. I want to be able to have a time when you are able to sit down and go over:
your food journal,
what foods you like and dislike
how much sleep you are getting,
what vitamins and supplements you are taking,
how much exercise you get,
the stresses in your life,
what (if any) medications you are taking
what you do to relax and de-stress
and ultimately come up with a food plan that will work best for you.
Your food plan will be emailed to you within 3-5 days of our meeting and will be tailored to fit your needs and desires.
Subsequent sessions will be check in meetings to see how you are keeping up with your meal plan, if it needs to be changed, and to see if you are reaching your goals or if your goals need to be updated.
